Intro to Hula 'Auana for 65+ with Lamorinda Village

June 1st, 8th, & 15th from 3 - 4 PM.

Dancers of all mobility levels are invited to learn the modern, graceful style of Hula 'Auana for seniors that promotes fitness, balance, and community connection. 

At the end of the FREE 4-week series, you will have learned one song and the basic steps of Hula. Dancers can be seated or standing when performing Hula 'Auana.
