Village Conversation Friday, Aug 7th - Center for Elders' Independence  

Center for Elders’ Independence has been helping at-risk seniors in The East Bay live at home rather than in nursing homes for over 40 years. We prioritize helping our participants lead an independent lifestyle while helping them maintain and improve their overall health. CEI’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE, caters to independent seniors in the East Bay area that need support navigating their care needs. We make life easier by offering customized, comprehensive care in home and at our PACE centers. We build a personalized care plan together with older adults to ensure they can live at home and maintain their independence. PACE offers medical services, therapy, social engagement, transportation, and daily support—all under one coordinated plan. Our care spans 11 different disciplines and uses a dedicated team approach as part of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
