MDV Downtown Walk is on Wednesday, 9/2. We will meet at 10 a.m. at Changes Salon and Day Spa, a repeated award winning business in East Bay. In 2026, it was voted the Best Waxing and Nail Salon of the East Bay. We will be given a tour of the full-service business including the hair salon, nail salon, skin care services and massage therapy. 

 

Our second stop is at the buzzling Milky Flakes at the corner of Main Street and Cypress. Since its opening, the lines have been long. Let's go find out what's going on. 

 

One thing about our Downtown Walks is keeping us up-to-date about the happenings in our downtown. Walnut Creek is known for its foodie scenes. Our foodies collection is not limited to fancy restaurants. Little unique little shops like Tifa, Ananas, etc. all add to the charm. We are blessed to be living in Walnut Creek.
