About this Event

Research suggests that daily meditation may support healthy aging and overall well-being. It may help the body and mind relax, and it may also support emotional and physical healing.

Join Dr. Raider for a discussion of meditation and health, including how meditation has been studied over time and why it continues to attract interest from researchers and health professionals. He will also share practical insight from his own long experience with meditation.
